Ad Platform Privacy Policy

What the platform does

NeuroAds is an AI-assisted advertising platform for ecommerce brands. With your authorization, you connect your advertising accounts on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), and TikTok, together with your Shopify store. NeuroAds reads advertising and order data from those accounts to report on performance, generate insights and commentary, recommend optimizations, and—where you specifically authorize it—create or update campaigns and ads on your behalf. You remain in control of your accounts, campaigns, and spend at all times.

Data we access from your connected accounts

Google

When you connect Google, you grant a specific set of scopes, each tied to a feature. We request only what the connected features need:

• Google Ads (adwords). We read your campaigns, ad groups, ads, keywords, assets, and aggregated performance metrics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions, conversion value, ROAS) to power your dashboards, reporting, and performance commentary, and to generate keyword ideas (aggregate search-volume data). With your authorization, we also create and update campaigns, ads, and keywords on your behalf through the campaign builder.
• YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.force-ssl) — optional. If you choose to run a video ad, we upload a video you provide to your own YouTube channel as an unlisted video and read its processing status. You can decline these scopes and paste an existing YouTube link instead.
• Merchant Center / Shopping content (content) — optional. We read product titles and image URLs from your linked Merchant Center feed so Shopping ads can display a product photo. You can decline this scope.
• Account identity (openid, userinfo.email). We read the email address of the Google account you connect, solely to show you which account is linked and, for Merchant Center, to register your developer account.

What we do not access from Google: we do not access customer lists, audiences, Customer Match data, Gmail, contacts, or Google profile data. The only personal data we obtain from Google is the connected account's own email address; everything else is advertising configuration, aggregated performance metrics, or your own product catalog.

Meta, TikTok, and Shopify

• Meta (Facebook and Instagram) — read-only ads access (ads_read): ad accounts, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, and performance metrics, used for reporting and commentary.
• TikTok — advertiser, campaign, and reporting data via the TikTok Marketing API; where you connect TikTok Shop, order data for revenue attribution.
• Shopify (read_orders, read_products) — orders and products, used to attribute revenue to your advertising and to name products. Order records from Shopify may include a customer's name and email; we use these only for attribution and lifetime-value reporting. This data originates from Shopify, not from Google.

How we use your data

We use connected-account data to operate the Service: to sync and display your advertising performance, generate reporting and performance commentary, recommend optimizations and keyword and creative ideas, and—only with your authorization—create or update campaigns on your behalf. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising to you or for any purpose unrelated to providing the Service.

AI processing

To generate ad copy suggestions, keyword recommendations and performance commentary, we transmit advertising data from your connected accounts — including ad headlines and descriptions, keywords, campaign names, and performance metrics such as spend, revenue and ROAS — to our AI sub-processors, OpenAI and Anthropic. This data is sent solely to produce the output you requested and is not used to train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The AI prompts contain advertising data only. We do not send your connected Google account email, or any shopper names or emails, to our AI sub-processors.

How we share data (sub-processors)

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the Service, each acting on our behalf under data-processing terms:

• Amazon Web Services — cloud hosting and storage (United States, us-east-1 region).
• OpenAI and Anthropic — AI processing, as described above.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• SendGrid / Amazon SES — transactional and notification email.

We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties except as required by law.

Storage, security, and retention

Connected-account data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS) and stored on managed infrastructure hosted with Amazon Web Services (United States) with access controls. We retain your advertising and performance data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service; AI-generated outputs are cached only briefly (up to 24 hours) to improve responsiveness. When you delete your account, we permanently delete the data we hold for you (see below).

Deleting your data and revoking access

• Disconnect an account. You can disconnect any connected advertising or store account from within the NeuroAds app at any time. Disconnecting removes the stored credentials for that account and stops NeuroAds from accessing it.
• Delete your data. You can delete your NeuroAds account, which permanently removes the data we hold for you from our systems. You may also contact us at info@neuroadsinc.com to request access to, or deletion of, your data.
• Revoke the Google grant. In addition to disconnecting in the app, you can revoke NeuroAds' access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can likewise revoke access from your Meta, TikTok, and Shopify account settings.

Cookies and website analytics

Our website and app use cookies and standard analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand usage and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
